Congratulations to Raeas Mohamed, a service technician on our Transportation Maintenance Team, for being nominated as our August 2023 star teammate by Utpal Patel, one of our Service Team Leads. Raeas is being recognized for his outstanding contributions in helping our team meet our contractual obligations.
"On a particularly hectic day for our team, two field service tickets unexpectedly arrived after 6 PM with a 3-hour required resolution time. Raeas was not assigned to be on-call that day, but when I reached out to Raeas to inquire if he was available to handle these, he confirmed without hesitation his availability and promptly went onsite. Both incidents were resolved within the required resolution timeframe. As a result, we managed to avoid any contractual service level breaches."
Raeas has been a contributing team member with Plan Group since October 2022. His hard-working spirit is an asset to our team. Congratulations, Raeas, on this well-deserved recognition!
