Nahom is a First Line Maintenance Technician for our Transportation Maintenance Team and has been recognized as our March star teammate. Nahom was nominated by one of our Team Leads (Gautam) for his initiative to help the team.
“Nahom is one of our more active team members. I remember all technicians were busy one day, and we received a service ticket for one of the YRT VIVA SFTP devices. He went to attend to the incident right away and resolved it within a timely manner to get the device up and running.
Later during the month, the same thing happened; all technicians were busy, including Nahom and new field incidents were dispatched to a location where the assigned technician was busy. Nahom wanted help and said he would attend the new ticket despite having a busy workload.”
Nahom started with Plan Group in September 2022. He is active and curious to learn new things. He is also always happy to train new technicians on our team. Within a short time, Nahom has proven to be a crucial member.
